House Call Doctor

I am working with a doctor who does house call service. And I am helping him brain storm some technology idea to serve his clients better through his website.

So far:
Appointment Reservation
Support Area for instant feedback between doctor and patient.
Email
Video Chat

What else??

    Does the doc ask patients to fill out standard forms as a new patient? If so, make the forms available as PDF downloads so people can fill them out in advance.

    How about articles/videos of "what to do before the doctor gets there" with common first aid and emergency procedures that lay people can do?

    If you're talking concierge medicine, where patients pay a regular fee (monthly, quarterly, annual) for access to the doctor, how about setting up pages where they can go online and pay their fees?

      Yes the doc ask patients to fill out forms as new patients and its in place as PDF downloads.

      That's a good idea for "what to do before the doctors gets there"

      Yes he has a monthly and a Annual fees. Will noted it down about the paying fees online. Good point!

    He could start a newsletter, build a list of subcribers, and send them interesting articles about health or about his services.

      Yes he is a private doctor.

      Newsletter is great, I guess send them about health/well-being articles tips etc...
