Can any one build dynamic wp sitemap plugin?

i'm using google sitemap generator (dynamic version) wp plugin for my sites
unfortunately all of my sites are in shared hostings that has php memory limit
all of shared hostings has that problem and i can't buy dedicated server for my sites
if you can build dynamic sitemap generator that work for me just contact and say price for it
