A question re legality as it pertains to the US

Hey guys, I have a questions re USA legalities as it pertains to websites.

I have a US account which provides me with a US postal address so that anything posted to me goes to them and is then forwarded on to me.

Would it be illegal to use that address as my business address? Also, if not illegal, then would there be any tax implications as far as the US goes?

I would say that if that is where your official correspondence goes then that is your official business address. It would be like a back to front Cayman islands thing.

But if its just a mailing address you could just say that it is a US office and all revenues are earned where you do the actual work.

The web hosts your mother didn't tell you about
