I was shopping for a book on abebooks recently, and I noticed that a seller who was selling print on demand books was really close to my house, like less than 1 mile. Curious, I found out it was an apartment building. At this point I wondered what their business model looks like. Are they listing the books and having a printing company print and ship?

I'd be interested in doing something like that - brokering POD books.
Perhaps someone can steer me in the right direction.
