Niche Market Need SEO

Hey I am not going to blow any smoke here... I have no idea what I am needing. I do however know what I want. I have a newly revised website for a very niche market product in the medical field and was wondering what companies are reputable but still willing to slowly build a campaign that will help us organically climb the search rankings. I say slowly because I have a budget of about $200 a month or so. Does anyone have a company they have used and trust? Any suggestions? Thank you,
