More Likes and Tweets OR Optins
So I put together a blog post of something I've done successfully for many clients...I haven't really updated this blog much but I thought it might be something people might find some use in...
Ok so not all of us are Brian Clark (Copyblogger.com) and have 20 eBooks to give away. Good news is you don’t have to make 20 eBooks, to give away 20 eBooks, for more optins and likes. Let me explain. I’ve had success with this method:
You can use it for optins but this article focuses on likes and tweets
Getting The eBooks:
Go To Amazon.com
Search The eBooks In Your Niche/Field
Sort The Price Lowest -> Highest
The Free eBooks Should Be Located At The Top
Get The Links To The Best Ones and Save Them In Notepad or Word
BONUS: Use Your Amazon Affiliate Link To The Free Products and Benefit From Any Sales Your Clicks Generate.
Example: I Searched "Real Estate" In Kindle eBooks and Sorted Price From Low to High.

I Got The Books…Now What?
Next Steps: You’ll want to take all the links you’ve gathered. For example we’ll say you have 10 free ebook links. Next you’ll want to open up Microsoft Word and type up a little blurb about why you’re giving away the ebooks, and also include a call to action for your own stuff as well.
For each eBook type up a brief description and include the download link. You’re going to be doing this all in one Word document.
When you have all the descriptions and the links for the free ebooks together save the word document as a PDF. To do this click “save as” and select pdf from the drop down menu. Your now have your optin bait/free resource.
SIDE NOTE: I typically use a link shortener like bit.ly or goo.gl to shorten the long Amazon links and track clicks as well.
Links come out looking like this: http://bit.ly/1bn5yJt
as opposed to being long and unsightly.

First thing you’ll want to do is upload the PDF to your website. Using ftp or, if you’re using WordPress, via the file uploaded in the media dashboard. Take note of the url where this has been uploaded. You’ll need it for the next steps.
Head over to http://www.paywithatweet.com and set up your freemium offer for a tweet or like. See image below:

Final Set-up Step:
After you get your button setup you’ll be provided with an embed code that will create a button like the one below:
Place the button on the page or post that will be promoting the 10 free ebooks. Start sending off a few tweets about the free ebooks and sit back and watch it grow.

I’ve done this for a few clients and consistently see great results, almost always 200+ Facebook Likes and Tweets.
