Ok so here's a scene

I am a web developer and my next project is to create several high quality html templates on different niches from scratch and then sell them as a bundle in low price. For this I need to know what niches are in really in demand and what niches our great warrior members do really like...

To be honest the best niches wont get mentioned because people will be scared of saturation and like myself I would not let on my best niches and thats because I have developed my own strategies to find the nices and its not something I will give up easily....

However....

Gambling
health
forex
sex
gaming

are all "good" niches but I suspect you already knew that :-)

  -Facebook
  -Adsense
  -Ebay Auctions
  -CPA
  -Stock market
  -Amazon affiliate marketing
  -Forex
  -Kindle Publishing
  -List building
  -Mobile Marketing
  -Website Flipping
  
  You could also create WP themes, they are in demand.

Internet Marketing, Network Marketing and Social Marketing.
Everyone is in these niches trying to make a go of it, so there is your traffic taken care of, I'd say create templates that are different from the norm...not so flashy and car salesman like, but more simple and elegant.

I like internet marketing and personal finance, but those are just because they are my personal passions/interests.

As far as niches for sites with your plan I'd go for weight loss/supplements, internet marketing/MMO, and dating/relationships. They seem to be super popular among the forums here and frankly the people here are the ones who would be buying that ckind of thing from you!
