Help Me To Value My Website!

I was hoping you could help me value my website, Yes I want to sell it in the end and if i get a good estimation from you guys I'll probably list it on sitepoint.com

My website is aimed generically towards the Weight Loss niche, specifically targeting 'How to loose weight for your wedding','Appetite Suppressors','Whats the best appetite suppressor?','Proactol Reviews', (I'm sure you get the picture now)

To help protect my site i wont reveal the URL but show you as much of the stats as I can. The thing is I've seen weight loss websites go for an absolute fortune and some go for bucks.

Okay, so some information about the website:
  1. The URL itself is ranked #2 out of 40 Million, but realistically the combination of words, a searcher aint going to search it!
  2. Im ranking within the top #3 for keywords regarding 'Appetite Suppressors' with a few additional niche long tail keywords.
  3. Im considerably increasing my ranks with Proactol, slowly bouncing on and off the 2nd page of 'Proactol Reviews'
  4. The site itself is built on Word press with all relevant SEO plug-ins.
  5. I have affiliate advertisements on the right sidebar and Google ad sense within each main post.
  6. The website has over 15 unique articles relating to all sorts of the weight loss category.
  7. I'm receiving 30-40 Organic visitors daily with follow through to my affiliate links about 2-3 a day on average.
  8. I have intensively built high PR links and related backlinks to the site keeping it strong in the rankings when i neglected it for several months.
I'm hoping with this information you can give me an estimation of what you think I could sell my site for? Im not trying to sell it here i just want to see what you guys would purchase it for!

    Based on your traffic and amount of content, I'd say you might get $100-$200 depending on the theme you are using.

    The health sites that go for the larger amounts (one recent one went for $15,000 in Sitepoint) are getting more than 1000 uniques per day.

      Hey, I checked out the website, and I pretty much agree with what has been said... Your site has good potential, but what you should do is add a product to it, besides affiliate products.... build a list with that daily traffic, a list is valued well when selling a website. At 30-40 unique per day, you can build a list of, 200-300 in a month. Now your site is worth $1,000+ With your list, do some ad swaps with some other 200-300 person list builders, and build it up to 500+, now your site is worth $1,500+ And the cycle continues...

    I never pay more than two months earnings for a site unless it comes with significant IP and content. If you have undeployed content I'd add .03 per word for the content as well. Thats undeployed content though, not active.
