Hello warriors,
I start to build a list using listewire.com i have already 15 subscribers in tow days.

You may not want to hear this but my first piece of advice is to NOT use listwire. I used them for a while and I did not find them to be user friendly and I expect that their open rates are low. I know they are free and that cost is an important factor - that is why I used them. I also did not like the way their emails looked.
When you can I would consider using Aweber of GetResponse as your autoresponder. This will help build your list faster.

If you're worried about cost, Aweber has a $1 trial for the first month and GetResponse is free for the first month. Try them both out and see which one is easier for you to manage. They're definitely worth looking into if you're serious about e-mail marketing.

To get back to your original question about organising by country, Mailchimp do offer geolocation filtering when sending out:

Of course every mention I have ever run into about Mailchimp mentions that they are pretty zealous about enforcing their TOS bias against IM.

If you are in it for the long haul, I would definitely recommend finding a way to afford an account at Aweber or Getresponse. Sooner or later you are going to want to be there, and moving a list can be a pain.
