    it's terrible marketing. it's far from a good direct response. people think the video is great, but that's where it ends. it doesn't effectively funnel the user into wanting to watch the movie.

    it's good marketing if you consider the total number of views to be your end goal. in the end, it all boils down to m-o-n-e-y

      Guess they should have built a list and then built a relationship with the list and told them to go see the movie after gaining their trust.

        I don't know if you guys have noticed, but there is a red button under the video. It says "Subscribe". Not sure also if you noticed the number next to the button, it's already 48K subscribers.

      Its a thing called Brand Awareness. You now know its out there, its created a Buzz, and got people talking. All major companies try it. I mean Car Adverts are weird, but they are trying to make an impact with them, something you will remember.
