Email Whitelist Services

Does anyone recommend subscribing to an email whitelist service to help prevent email newsletters from being flagged as spam? If so, which service do you recommend? Thanks.

    Hello Mark.
You may want to have a look at Return Path: http://www.returnpath.com/
They have a Certification program for Businesses; they are the most trusted in this area of Whitelisting emails.

If you are just a small Affiliate, this may not be for you.

When we approached them, our email volume was already crossing 100,000 Emails per day, this is from a Social Network I own.

    Also, you need:
    - To be a registered company.
    - To be an established business for at least 1 year.

If you are not an established company, sending Millions of emails per month, you may try looking into these other options:
    SuretyMail: http://www.isipp.com/
    SendGrid: http://sendgrid.com/

Thanks, Andrew. I don't email nearly as much as you do per month, not even remotely close. Have you found Return Path's whitelist effective in keeping your emails from being flagged as spam? There are so many email whitelist services, it is hard to tell which ones would be effective.

The other day, I came across emailreg.org. Their fees are more reasonable, $20.00 annually per domain. But when I Googled them, I found a lot of folks feel that they are a scam. So, now I am sceptical of any service. Have you heard anything about emailreg.org? Thanks.
