Squeeze Page help

Hi everyone,

I have just made a new squeeze page for my website. Previously I was leading visitors straight to my sales page and then I had an exit redirect to capture email addresses by offering something for free.

What are your thoughts on this squeeze page?

    - Personally not a fan of the instant-play video, but I'm not sure what other's think. Imagine if I didn't have headphones and I had my sound turned up?

    - I also thing there needs to be some padding between the video and the social media icons to make it look neat and professional.

    - I believe you should center the "Copyright 2013 - Saxophone Guru - All Rights Reserved " since everything else is centered. It looks out of place like that.

    - The writing besides each icon "Saxophone Video Course" should be inline with the icon. I dislike how the titles are placed non-centered with the icon, also looking out of place.

      It doesn't seem to let me do either of these

    You can ...

    1.Remove autoplay option from the video embedded.
    2.Rearrange the footer menu and copyright material information by fixing them in the center.
    3.Message over option box should be less in words, you know your overall page should be able to grab visitors' attention and share all the information in or less than 60 seconds to get the conversion.

      Hi saxguru,

      i like your squeeze page, is actually pretty good. Great start!

      Do NOT remove the instant play feature but leave it as is. Is actually entertaining and i really enjoyed your video!

      Id just make the headline bigger, id change font and size.

      Regard your optin box, make the headline way more "catchy", how bout this one;

      "Enter your email address below to see exactly how i play the saxophone amazingly well!" and you could say ( and to also get some other cool stuff...)... ALWAYS leave em wanting more...

      Overall great job!

    Pretty good landing page for a start

    Probably one thing you could add is a features list or benefits of WHY someone should join your list...

    Those should be the things that every saxophone learner would be eager to know.

    Great page ....like the layout I too would say autoplay the video and maybe add in a call to action at the end.... also I would have more trigger words in your headline ... eg Discover the secrets to playing the Saxaphone like a professional in 8 easy steps.... or something similar ....

    Either way great start I wish you every success with it ...

    I personally do not like using auto play on videos. If the visitor is somewhere like at work where they won't particularly welcome a saxophone blaring out, you could have lost a subscriber.

    Also, I have found that I get a higher optin rate when visitors have to make the small commitment of actually pressing play.

    I think the rest of the page is good. However, I would try to answer the question "why should you learn from ME rather than anyone else?"

    You are not really giving them any reason to believe that they will learn something from you that they cannot learn anywhere else.

        Indeed . I've got one subscriber today so at least it shows i've improved the page. Just have to test all the advice on here and see what works best
