What is the best software to scrape, & Spin articles for blogger?

I would like to automate the creation of web 2.0 social accounts (with a bio and avatar ect...) and save all of the log in data to an excel file.

also I would like to be able to use that exported data to log into the same social accounts and update them whenever I want.

Is this at all possible?

      I was planing on creating a small network of blogger blogs relating to specific keywords to use for back linking. I'm a complete newbie but I read somewhere it was the best way to rank fast.


      as for the web 2.0/social network automation I want to create social accounts for my clients without having to manually creat 20-30 accounts and add photos and descriptions and boi's ect..., and I want to be able to automate posting to these accounts so when its time to market a new product I don't have to log into 20-30 accounts just to copy and past the same status update.
