The Do's & Dont's of Out-Sourcing? - Please Help!

Hi Guys,

Please Help! I really want to start maximising my time and start out-sourcing a lot of jobs that eat up my time, and I was wondering if there any things that I need to be aware of before I dive in to this? I am cautious with giving people login details and passwords, etc to my accounts, but is this is just wasted energy, or are their certain things i should just not give to anybody when asking them to 'jobs' for me???

    A couple of things spring to my mind;

    Be as specific as possible when detailing the task you want done.

    Test a small piece of work with someone first, then build on it in time.

    Let them know your expectations, i.e. if you wnat to be updated daily, they need to know this.

    As for passwords, you could create a different password until they have completed the work and then change the password so that only you know it.
