Is 'Email marketing' made up of even more smaller sub-niches?

Would Email marketing be considered as a subniche of internet marketing correct?

Can the niche of Email marketing be broken up into smaller niches?

and what elements make email marketing?

squeeze page
autoresponder
email series,
trust building
??

EDIT:

Lets say there are 10 subniches of email marketing,

If a marketer who wants to market and operate in email marketing, wants to use PPC adverts, to a squeeze page to build their list....

Then what is the most efficient way to target keywords, in therms of targeted optins.

use Loads of keywords in the campaign which are in all 10 'subniches' of email marketing ? to just 1 squeeze page?

or separate squeeze pages, with the keywords being targettd per each of the 10 subniches ?

Just type in "email marketing" into your favorite keyword tool and see what phrases folks are searching on. That will give you a good idea of the niche sub-topics that you might explore.

        Here's another trick:

In the Google search bar, type "email marketing a" and see what phrases the auto-complete feature returns. Write them all down. Then type in "email marketing b" and see what Google gives you. Then type in "email marketing c" and so on and so on. You will get a good idea of the phrases Google thinks are important based on past user searches.

Email marketing is a very broad topic with many, many sub-niches.

The best to all of you.

Email marketing for bloggers or take it further email marketing for travel / food / dating / whatever bloggers (pick one).

    Email marketing for ecommerce sites.

    Email marketing for small businesses.

Focusing solely on list building or to take it further...
    Building a responsive list
Building a list via solo ads
    Building a list via FB
Building a list via free traffic
    ETC

    Focusing solely on email marketing...
    Or on headlines
    On increasing open rates
    On building trust and authority
    On increasing click rates

    Split testing emails.

    Writing email copy.

    Creating a sales funnel.

When you do email marketing, you create a ton of sublists. For example...

    1. prospects
    2. buyers
    3. affiliates
    4. JV partners
    5. newsletter
    6. People who want resell rights products
    7. members
    8. ecourse
    9. helpful tips
    10. publishers

I can keep going on. Plus this sublisting can go on per product or per sublist in your niche.

I have over 200 different lists. The idea is to build tightly targeted lists. For example...

I have a small but very profitable list of people who want products with resell rights or private label rights. It only has about 350 on that list. But, everytime I create a product that has the rights this list wants, I send out an email to that list.

These people buy because they are looking for original products with these rights.

This is a buyer list but a very specific buyer list. I know what they want to buy.

So the tighter you can target your lists the more successful you will be in your email marketing.

If you have something whether it is just content, an offer or both and you have more than one list that the offer would be a good fit for then you can mail to multiple list at one time.

You can control the sublist you build by what you giveaway on your squeeze page or blog. Another example...

If you give away a list building report from your squeeze page, you know that the people who signed up to this list are interested in lists building. So they are added to your list building prospect list.

If they buy the list building product that you sell after they leave the squeeze page, then you add them to your list building buyer list.

If you were giving away a report on writing articles the they would be added to your article list and so on.

That is how I handle my lists.

I hope this has been helpful,

      Thanks

200 lists, how many emails do you sent out to each 200 of them , in your initial series?

or you send about 9 to each list (which I presume are a different set for each 200 ?)
and then don't send any more, for some weeks?

I usually send something out when ever I have something to say.

I usually schedule an eCourse type follow up series that goes out automatically. If I send any broadcast out to the list and it is about something that is evergreen and does not go out of date, I will add those type emails to the end of my email series to also go out automatically

I may space these additional emails out to 5 or 7 days apart. But the ecourse goes out for consecutive days with a bunch of content with offers woven into the course directly or as a sponsor ad, or P.S.

In the report I give away with my squeeze pages, I always have a subscription for my eCourse advertised on the second page of the report. And just before that ad, I let the new subscriber that he has the right to sell or giveaway the report he is reading.

This way if he sells or gives the report to someone else the subscription for my eCourse is on the second page and I'm able to get new subscribers that way.

I hope this has been helpful,

    There is no blog,

But intending to drive traffic to the squeeze page, build the list

and then email the list, teaching them how to do email marketing.

    so was asking about either

    1) Making a huge list, in the whole of email marketing, then segment that further (pointing towards sub niche squeeze pages)

    alternatively
    2) using many squeeze pages, each one linked to the individual subniches of email marketing (so the lists will already be separated from the start).

What is the difference between both ?

This would be the appropriate answer to this. Unless your question wasn't clear in the first place.

Email Marketing is a niche. I sell a lot of products explaining how to do effective email marketing.

It is also a very profitable niche. I would say Aweber is a big part of that niche.

You can honestly break any subject into sub niches and micro niches. For example -

Email marketing - squeeze page copy, autoresponder series, autoresponder subject titles, free email content, etc.

It can go on and on.

Since GetResponse is my autoresponder, I can use
a feature called "Action Based" autoresponders.

Basically I can create a whole different autoresponder
sequence and set it to trigger if someone clicks on
    a link in my email.
I had no idea GetResponse offered that feature. Sounds useful.
