How do I save a great thread from the WF?

From time to time I come across a really great thread here in the Warrior Forum.

How do I go about saving it within the Warrior Forum so that I can refer to it in the future?

Can my favorite threads be saved within the Warrior Forum at all?

  • Thread Tools > Subscribe to this thread

Then to access it go to User CP > Subscribed threads

  • CTRL + D should bookmark it for you on your browser.

    • Bookmark, subscribe, screenshot the page if you need to refer back. There's probably many more.

  • If you use Chrome, it has a built-in feature to save a webpage as PDF...

    • I have Chrome but I can't seem to find this option. I right click and click Save As but the only choice is HTML... Any ideas? Or is this a Chrome plugin?
  • Click on Thread Tools at the top on the header and select Subscribe to this thread in the drop down menu

  • If you want to save it to your local drive, go to the top of the page and click on the "Thread Tools" menu. Then click on "Show Printable Version." That will bring up a copy of the page without all the graphics and extraneous stuff, which will save you a lot of disk space.

Then go to the File menu of your browser and choose "Save page as" or type CTRL-S. Choose where you want the page saved, and you're good to go. You may want to rename it to make it easier to find the info you're after later.

If it's a multi-page thread, just right-click on each page number and choose "Save link as," or whatever the text is for that option in your browser. You'll get the light-weight printable version of each page that way.

  • I have folders on my bookmarks bar, within my "Resources" folder, I have a sub folder called "The WF". I then bookmark key threads, and place them in there.

If they are extremely high value I clip them to Evernote in which I have also created folders and notes to organize the topics.

    • It seems the best idea for me ,because some threads with good information are sometimes get deleted
