Dont Understand Commison Stealing what is this?

i read often that it is better to clock affiliate links but i use the extendazon plugin to extend the amazon cookies to 90 days. so i cant use cloacking links
but i have see that there is a way to steal commison on my links
how this works?
i dont understand how a user can steal my affiliate links and change this to his own to get the commission
hopefully something can help me
and is it allowed to redirect users when they click on a link or image to a refresh page were i have insert a page and then they go automatic after seconds to clickbank checkout product page
