How much would my domain be worth? in your opinion.

It's health niche, named after a skin issue - Seborrheic dermatits, Psoriasis and more skin disease cures. | Curing life's skin problems. - it's a strong keyword, and has a lot of potential. flippa estimated 0-2k, i get not a lot of views, its new, made on 29th dec.

    Its worth nothing as it stands buddy

    All it is is a few posts and with some ads.

    Put more content on it. Get some decent traffic to it and then come back and ask the same question.

    Made on my birthday so i will offer a few suggestions.

    Add a banner, privacy policy and link to sitemap.

    Also, put the product suggestions top left, inside the posts, it ill look a lot better

          Well you mentioned the flippa estimate. As is, it probably is worth closer to $0. The age and lack of views is not a big problem with the value of the site.

          The problem is that by looking at your site, a person doesn't get the impression that they can get a return on their investment.

          I've been selling on flippa since spring of 2013 and if that's where you're looking to sell this site, then I don't see you getting anything for it.

          Add a space for adsense and an amazon, or clickbank, banner. Show people they don't have to change much on the site to get a return on their investment.

              No,any buyer will have their own Amazon and Adsense accounts.

                Great thanks I am putting amazon on there now, I am using a plugin. Works ok so far. Also, is it ok to put both adsense and amazon on?

    No, I think you don't need to create any account just make some banner ad space on your site for rent and also make you more creatively so it will be great your site is so simple and if i want to buy any site i'll look for any eye catcher site.Hope this Help

    The buyer has the final say.

    Other elements people use to determine the worth of a site are:

    Traffic level
    Record of ongoing income
    Niche

    Among others...

    Your property as with anything of value, be it a house a car or an antique is only worth as much as a buyer is willing to pay for it.

    In the marketplace that is full of products the more value your product has the more it is worth but in the end to really make money selling a product you must have interested buyers meaning more than one person.

    That is how you get the price you want.
