Would a Goophone be risky to sell in an online store???

I'm building an online store. I was doing some research to try and determine if there's any risks at all, or legalities concerning the idea of selling a Goophone on an online store. I think there's some potential there but I guess my concern is that they're so close to an iphone that I don't want to get into any hot water over that issue of it essencially being like a knockoff. Yet they claim they're totally legal, they claim to be their own brand etc etc? Is this too risky or what? They sell them on ebay like candy. I mean it couldn't be that bad if they're all over ebay right? My plan didn't involve ebay though, it was going to be just selling via my own online store?

Your thoughts???

What is a Goophone.... It's basically like a iphone clone. I'm not gonna sell anything until I hear you're guy's opinions on this, since you always seem to have good answers.

    It looks like a replica that tries to mimic the look and feel of an iOS device. I'd stay away from it. Remember, Samsung just lost to Apple due to similar issues.

    Looks like a grey area at best. I would't risk it personally. There are so many 100% legit products you could go with.
    As already mentioned, there are big players in this business that aren't afraid to launch a legal battle over anything they think is theirs.

    I tried it once, terrible mistake.
    I'd steer clear of these sorts of devices.
