What's the fastest way to get a page indexed?

by DeePower 15 replies
I have been a mean, lean, writing machine and have added tons of new pages to my websites (these are not blogs). What's the fastest way to get these pages indexed by google? I'm willing to socially bookmark, post stories on MSN, do craigslist ads, link the new pages from my blogger blogs or throw up squidoo lenses.

What's your recommendation?

thanks

Yes do that and in a few hours your site will be indexed. Don't add to many backlinks, make it natural and consider removing some pages, unless it was all original. Is the site really new or expired. If it's new then it's easy but if it's expired, it maybe banned, so check that. Socially bookmark it and ping it using pingomatic.com .

When you say make the backlinks look natural, what do you mean?
How many backlinks are considered natural to the search engines?

I was planning on submitting 50 backlinks a week. Is that considered natural backlinks?

      Thanks for the help.

As soon as you ping it, your page should be indexed in no time.

To keep it there, get some back links weekly with your keywords in the anchor text.

The site is not expired or new. I'm adding additional original pages to each site, and I want to get those new pages indexed as quickly as possible. Should I go to pingomatic and just put in the pages url like http://www.capital-connection.com/newpage.html?

As far as backlinks I'm writing articles and submitting them with the new page as the link to isnare and articlemarketer.

        Thanks for your advice.

Yep, that would ping just that page.
Also stumble it. (vote it up) and review it.

the quickest way I know to get pages indexed is with video submissions. Submit a video through a site like traffic geyser, and then link that back to the page you want indexed. I get pages indexed in as little as 20 minutes that way.

Hubpages also get indexed really quickly as well.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "build it correctly." The new page has a keyword phrase that I use in the keyword description, as the title of the page, in one of the alt tags and as the header of the page, as well as twice in the content of the page. the content of the page is from 350 to 500 words long. This has worked for me before such as using "weddings on a shoestring budget" or "grow organic roses" I get to the top ten of google without the quotes on the phrase.

I have over 30 pages to get indexed on 10 different sites. Submitting a video that links back is not possible.

What one way would you recommend?

I am not promoting traffic geyser.. But they do help me in getting indexed... Real Fast!!
I can say probably 12-24 hours after you use it. Another way to go is by using press release. or if you want to do some black hat. Link Spamming is the fastest way to go. (Just make sure, you dont do it for your long term business) If you need to promote something fast.. You might consider them as an option. I never do, but I know ppl who benefited from this..

Dee, one of the quickest ways to get a site is pinging your site, blog posting, video submission, social bookmarking any of them work.

If you publish many pages at once I think you miss a opportunity in showing the search engines you are growing your site.

When I add pages to a website, I always add one page at a time till each is page indexed before adding a new page,

the easiest way to do this is ping the page and add a few links till the page gets indexed

Next I add a new page and do the same by doing this you will have the search engines crawling your site many many times daily waiting for the next page.

I have noticed this because I have software that monitors the bots coming to my page real time. Generally my pages are being crawled 10-30 times daily because I trained them to come because the site is growing daily.

When I see the bots crawling the site alot many times I don't need to do anything at all many times new page are indexed almost immediately, then all I have to do next is add links without links its tough to rank against any competition.

So don't release all your pages at once slowly drip them make sure each page is indexed before adding a new page.

You will be amazed how this works

                    Ed

I'd recommend submitting your site, or pages inside your site, to Digg. Social Bookmark them, Stumble them, use Propeller to submit pages to... Ping it. If it's on Wordpress you can have it se up to automatically ping a bunch of services with every new post.

The FASTEST way to get a page indexed on Google is to get a live backlink from a related web page of some kind (forum, blog, craigslist ad etc) which has as high a google page rank as possible.

But speed may not be all that important for you if you're putting up a ton of pages.

You just need the search engines to find your pages and nearly any live backlink from a related site will get you indexed inside 2-4 weeks.

If you are adding a ton of content there's something to be said for getting those backlinks for each different page from forums etc done day after day rather than all at once.

Google does tend to like sites where content is being added regularly rather than having an encyclopedia appear on one day.

Also once your site is indexed you can get your inside pages indexed simply by linking from a page that is already indexed on Google (the higher the Google page rank of the page the quicker the page you link to will get indexed).

                        Kindest regards,
                        Andrew Cavanagh
