Quick Links on ClickBank Products? New to Avoid Videos

Hello fellow affiliate marketers,

I have a website that links to clickbank products I am promoting. The problem that I am facing is that when users click on my CB link, they are automatically going to the vendor's landing page and they are forced to watch those stupid and annoying videos that it seems like every vendor has on their page with the hand drawing what the narrator is saying. It is really annoying because I am already reviewing the product on my site. Is there any way that my CB hoplink can go directly to the payment section so that I can promote the page and all the customer does is click my link and go to the payment area instead of being forced to watch the vendor's shady looking video? Please assist, I would greatly appreciate it.

The niche is weight loss and fitness (in case it matters).

Yes, this is possible. You should contact the vendor first and also be aware this link does not set an affiliate cookie.

    Code:
    http://1.YOURNICKNAME_VENDORNICKNAME.pay.clickbank.net

You should be able to grab the direct links

    on the vendor's affiliate page.

You might want to get this fixed soon

as you might be losing out on some sales....

  • What do you mean by "not set an affiliate cookie". is this good or bad?

The cookie records your referral and goes some way towards ensuring you will still be awarded commission should the customer later buy direct through the vendor's site.

Using the type of order-form link provided above by Miles bypasses the cookie along with the product sales page. Now you run the risk of not getting a dime if you can't keep the customer on your site until buying.

One potential solution is to incentivise the sale with an exclusive customer bonus they'll only get by ordering through your site and nowhere else.

But that's only effective insofar as they actually pay attention and give a bag of beans about the bonus anyway.

I was thinking the same thing. If the vendor has an affiliate page with alternative links.

You could also contact the program and ask for different links, or links to a sales page, most should help you out.
