Hi,

I realise this is a bit of a long shot, but I thought I'd cast a line and see if anybody could help ...

I work full time, but want to earn a little on the side. Can anybody suggest a type of product I can sell online that makes around £20 (about $30) in profit for each item sold? I'm looking for small, high margin products that I can carry in a shoulder bag to the post office on my way to work.

Any suggestions? All appreciated!

Cheers

Andy

    Hey Andy,
Sounds like you're looking to physically ship products?
1st obvious step would be to consider exploring a niche that you enjoy and know something about, as you'll need to promote it to sell online. Once you find one you'll be able to find products that hopefully fit your parameters.

But if you're looking for small with good margins, consider electronics for sure. Portable hard drives, flash storage are just a couple of examples. Always a market for those.

Why not create a Info product?

    Go to dhgate.com straight away.

They have a plethora of unbranded products that you can easily sell for 20-30 pounds profit.

Personally, I used to sell 10+ teeth-whitening kits a day through New Zealand's version of eBay - Trademe.

    Why not sell t-shirts?

You do not even have to the shipping. Just use teespring.
