Amazon Ban Hammer

I am assuming this is a green light but I was always under the impression using any images that arent Amazon's or contain a "%" discount are against the amazon TOS.

This site is an example thats been up for nearly a year and is apparently fine but check the right widget to see what I mean.

Is that an okay move? I wanna use that widget strategy but dont wanna get the amazon ban hammer eventually.

    If its against their ToS, they definitely they'll be obligated to slap you, for legal reasons.

    However, with such a niche, you'd be so under the radar, I highly doubt that you'd be under their eyes. And how much are they really motivated to cut off their own income streams? Probably not at all.

      Anyone else?

      I meant technically you can use amazon's store photos of the product which offer many different angles. This guy took that picture and just added some text with it so what is the real issue here.
