Non scam ways to grow a real business

Hi,

I see a lot of stuff around here is basically aimed at either not selling a product and scamming people or getting a small cut off of people who sell real products.

I have a real product and don't want to play dirty tricks with google or be a usual spammer or scammer.

So other than targeted ads on Facebook, Adwords etc or being written in blogs is their any other ways to advertise a product successfully and bring traffic to a website without underhand tactics?

I'm a successful affiliate marketer and I don't believe what I do is scam. You must realize the business is a war zone.

However I understand what you're saying.

I'd recommend for you some essential business education by Joe Vitale and Dan Kennedy (you can find many useful books of them in Amazon and/or subscribe in their web sites).

Basically you need to know what your product does for the potential customer by understanding what the customer wants or is actively searching a solution for. Then you need to provide that solution and you have many alternatives:
    • You may want to offer useful information upon request/opt-in
    • You may want to give a demo or a free service giving you the chance to sell the complete service/subscription or whatever you are selling.
    • You may want to interview the customer if you have a sophisticated solution.
    Etcetera.

You need a lot of experimenting though. You need to know how to script a sale in a converting sales page than either can be offline or online and to design a sales funnel that maximizes your earnings, keep you ahead of the competition and enables your customers have better products and services.

There's a lot of meat to cut here but I hope this info helps you go ahead. Good luck.

Great advice, I mean not to insult your business, just a lot of what gets "sold" on here is a bit of a scam i can't be arsed to go into details if you know this forum you know the scams. I did't mean to generalise although may have sounded like I probably did, for that i'm sorry.

So the tests that I've done in my community (niche) has been exteremly positive, it is a service that is optimised and benefits that masses and seems the concept sells itself as i'm not trying to screw anyone and have some big players contributing in my niche which will help sell itself. Also got a chick that writes for quite a few blogs ready to spunk the word and links.

To all you unoriginal ****s out there wanting to cash in off this idea, it's not for the faint hearted... A lot of real work goes into this and serious trusted connections, so not easy to emulate from a bedroom alone.

I do a lot of real work with real people, the internet is just an interface with more customers.

Actually I'll come back here at a later date, but seems I'm on the right track, pissing off or piquing interest is a good sign and i haven't even shared the good bit.

I've re-defined the way real businesses can work for a more profitable experience for consumers and contributors, I would give away more but most on this thread seem like desperate teenagers wanting to loose their virginity.

Also given the nature of this forum, where everyone's in this 'War zone' I'd rather not give away my strategy before properly testing it or having made a name for myself. And no I'm not going to sell you a wso and don't ever buy any of that crap, just google the same thing people.

It's a better concept than most, have 300 hits per day and haven't officially gone live or advertised it anywhere. Maybe I should just ride with that.

To the people that asked, the scams are give me money and I'll tell you secrets. Or one of the wso's I saw was stealing pop ups off any page, even if you didn't own it. The other main one is cheating google into higher rankings, not great if you're a real business.

I know you guys are desperate for tricks and ideas to make money, but my mission is actually giving a product that people want and usually pay much more money for; that's the only clue I can give you.

to summarise I think I've now come to the end of the usefulness of this website. I'll be back in a few weeks to sell you a shitty wso if I fail.

You see a lot of stuff around here that is aimed at not selling a product, scamming people or getting a small cut of people who sell real products? Care to elaborate what you mean?

You have a real product and don't want to play dirty tricks like spamming or scamming?

Can you please explain what you are trying to do? Are you trying NOT to build your list because you think email marketing is spamming?

Are you not giving anything away for FREE because you just want to sell to cold traffic?

Part of the answer will depend on the type of product you have?. Give us an idea of what your product is and then I can give you some suggestions.

This is already one way of having traffic to your site. Just be active and post positive replies. Let people know you and feel confident to discuss with you on something like your business. Also you need to learn blogging. Social media helps a lot too.
