Dude, grow up and take responsibility for your own inability to pay attention. This isn't Traffic Geyser's support forum.

They operate their business totally on the up and up. Coming in here and acting like they "snuck" in a charge on your card is just plain silly. And not true.

Wow . You used traffic geyser for a month for $1 and couldn't convert enough traffic to comp for the $97 .

i only said it was a sneaky forced continuity thing as there was a thread about this kinda continuity before-

and i aint blaming them- and do agree that it is my fault- sorry to upset some people- i am sorry.

i aint carrying on with it though, and didnt want to after the $1, so havnt used it past that month- so was just asking what the procedure of a refund is....as most companies offer no questions asked refunds...

do they offer this?

First off, you'll get your refund. And I personally don't think you were abusing those guys by wanting one. You simply didn't pay much attention and admitted that. Nothing wrong with that.

My only beef was coming to a forum like this and making it sound like they were the ones at fault. Traffic Geyser is one of the few companies that have paid me each and every single month on time, without ever having to ask. I for one really appreciate that. I wish more marketers would do that.

As for making videos for the Rich Jerk. Yes, I used to do that, and consulted with their team on a variety of projects. I also met my girlfriend from him (she was one of his assistants).

As for the big guns, yes, yes, yes, and no. Never met Jim Edwards personally that I can remember, but always dug the guy. I surf with Frank and Reese a few times a week, and see Yanik occasionally when he comes out to the West coast.

So there ya go.

Sorry for busting your balls, but figured you ought to get it now while your still new and save you any troubles in the future.

I think it's sad we live in a world where people buy things and then ask for refunds when they were given everything promised. We have a sub-society that thinks they can use things and not pay for them.

No that aint the case- it isnt i bought it, used it exhaustingly and want a refund

i used it for a month, $1, they billed further- but i didnt used it further than the first month.... i admit i that it is my fault, and I should have realised to cancel it, but i thought they should have that on the payment page- an option to Cancel further usage+ subscription to da credit card...as a trial is a trial, where you can decide to carry on, or cancel...where was the cancel option?

i think you are getting the situation mixed up with, - i purchased it for 3+ months, used it exhaustingly for 3 months, and want refunds for them 3 months... which isnt the case, so plz relax

I'd like to add to the minimal confusion and wandering of this thread...

re: "The War Room"... I have been a member since they first opened it, and it is worth much more than the current charge. In my opinion, the only people who suffer from information overload, are those who have no focus and/or direction as to that which they seek to accomplish, and subsequently keep looking for the magical ingredient which will solve everything and make their world perfect. Information and knowledge is POWER, when it is used to assist in accomplishing any worthwhile task.

The War Room is a great addition to any marketers arsenal.

Yes it is if you need that particular type of service. I wrote an article about Mike Koenigs (the founder of Traffic Geyser), 3 1/2 years ago, well before he started the business. I remember telling people to pay attention to Mike, as he was on his way to paving the way for the future of internet video. I have never met Mike personally, but my business instincts were very accurate, as he turned out to be everything I figured he would.

A company/product/service is only as good as the people behind it. Traffic Geyser is highly recommended by many people, because of what it does, and those who make it happen.

I love Traffic Geyser. It does what it says it does and the results stick. The videos I've done with them still dominate the first 3 pages of Google for the targeted keywords. I didn't expect the results to stick as long as they have.

I also have to say that their customer service/support is one of the best I've dealt with. I travel a lot and the months I'm vacationing I cancel my subscription and I've never had problem. Most painless cancellation process ever, and it's a big reason why I feel confident recommending them.

on the order page in the yellow box at the top it clearly states: Yes! I understand that after the initial month, I may cancel anytime I like and I'll owe nothing more.

Then in the 1sc order area it says; Product 3788023 30-Day Trial - $97 Gold Traffic Geyser Monthly Membership.

I have used traffic geyser and did one posting. I must admit that I am still getting traffic to my site. This over a year ago still getting traffic for the keyword. I am new here and paid for $197 for a product in WSO but getting no response from seller. I'm a bit sad at the moment because i have not received my product or any response. can anybody help me out please?
