Prohibit to sell products through online

I came across a legit direct selling company that prohibit their distributors to sell/offer business opportunities, secure customers, or to promote the sales of products to the customers.

Their main reason is to create a fair and conducive business environment for all Distributors.

Thus, wanna ask your advise from all of you how we can go about this ? Is there any marketing technique where a distributor can sell online without revealing any confidential information to the customer such as price, logo, brand and etc?

Just a suggestion .. you might want to follow the companys rules .. trying to cheat them by breaking there TOS is no way to start a business venture.

Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that.

Here's an idea. Don't try to sell their products online. Instead, build a mailing list online. Depending upon the type of products, target the niche with info that leads towards a purchase of the products (such as offering a free report, etc. that will attract the kind of target prospects who are most likely to go on and buy the products).

Then, you can market to these prospects via e-mail (I'm assuming that the company has nothing against e-mail marketing to your own list).

There is no way you won't get caught doing this eventually. Somewhere along the line someone (whether the company or one of your competitors) are going to notice that its being sold online.

Take the advice that everyone else has given and stick to the TOS. Or build up a mailing list.

Put the product in a brown paper bag, take a picture.

Then write up the it is prohibited that you sell the product online, the website might get taken down at any time. The value of his product is $49.95 but for this very limited time before you are shut down you will sell it for $29.95. Hurry while supplies last!

Some companies in the stereo/speaker market do this to their distributors too. The way some get around it is by selling them via a 3rd party.

A lot of direct sales companies restrict how you can market, sell and distribute products. Especially MLM type businesses.

I know I have looked at a few and thought "Wow if I built a site and drove traffic I could make a killing at this". But it was against the rules.
