Could you be violating a trademark owning those domains?

But, it's only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

you would better build something on that domains, get traffic, and then sell them as websites.. you would get more money for them.

Apple restricts the use of any of its trademarks, domain names included. I don't know about selling the domain, but building a site that generates revenue is violating the trademark. Selling it probably is too. I saw it specifically say you cannot use their trademarks in domain names.

I don't know how restrictive they can be for the word "apple" (because it's also a fruit) but pairing it with "productsguide" makes it pretty clear what you mean. Using trademarks in a domain is usually a bad idea without permission from the trademark holder.

Godaddy put a $25,000 on a price tag on a domain I let go. Its been that way for year. Domain is only worth the revenue it earns. General Rule is x10 the sites monthly revenue is the maximum. If its all adsense revenue you could earn more.
