Which product should I target sell for locals?

Hi,

I wanted to know which product is the best which attracts to local people. I am not looking for targeting niche but a product which attracts most of the people out there. I usually get 20-30 phone numbers ( real people and their email address). So I was thinking is there anyway I can make something profitable out of this. I apologize, if this is a stupid question to ask.

Kindly reply.
Thanks.

In my experience if you try to sell to everyone, you end up selling to no one.

But general niches that most people need like auto repair, fitness, entertainment, coupons, restaurants should be your first direction.

In reference to the topic.. selling to "Locals" this is the silliest thing I have read today.. and believe me there was a lot of competition.

If you are say selling website design.. I could careless what the business does. A site sale is a site sale is a site sale. If you are selling printed products.. again doesn't matter. Selling SEO, again doesn't matter.

You could sell mobile sites, desktop sites, Social media packages, Map set up for Google, Bing and Yahoo, SEO, If they buy a new site upsell printed goods with the new web address. The list could go on and on.

My personal web design niche is my community. I have sold 600 sites in the last 2 years. and one to the next...not a one is "Niched" that's just silly!

no question is stupid as i learned along time and earlier today but selling something you know alot about is your best bet so you are the authority figure. also im sure there would be less "silly" questions if people werent just trying to get to the min 50 posts to use other parts of this site.

This thread should be in the Offline Forum, but many offline marketers do 'niche' market until they build a business.

For example, an offline marketer may target only lawyers, real estate agents or restaurants until they have some experience and client base. Then expand out to dentists, roofers and plumbers.

Offline niches are definitely not "silly"
