annoying youtube marketing strategy

I'm seeing quite a few youtube videos that look like they are reviewing a product, but when you view the video it's just a review of another, specifically I am seeing instant payday network. these people are using Title and description tactics to rank their videos and get referrals and subscribers by piggybacking other peoples products.

anyone else notice this? I guess anyone could do this all across the board, youtube, google, facebook, etc.

    I have see those also and they wont get my business a review of a product is one thg but going to a different product is another

    They usually don't last long because someone flags them and it gets taken down. Deceptive tactics or something like that. Its the old bait and switch.

      Exactly, this is their mindset that does not helps them grow

      I have seen people doing a lot less effort in making just 1 legitimate and very helping review video, which would last forever and get massive exposure
      If you are not in position to do detail review, you could always take help from freelancers

    i have also seen people do that on youtube. In particular i have come across a user who has over 60 videos, which are optimised for different keywords and he is ranking on page one for all of them. The only issue is ... he is using the SAME video for all of them. The script of the video is very generic... it goes something like "Hi, I have found this awesome discount like for the product you are looking for ... click below to check it out".
