What do you think about this fiverr offer?

I'd stay away. They mention nothing about the essentials that make a quality link. Such as relevant content and if backlinks to these sites are clean and have good anchor text distribution.

Only 10 feedbacks so far (easily manipulated).

And the big red flag for me: The price is way to small if these assets were legit.

Stay away. Don't purchase anything related to SEO at Fiverr.

I've tried before for 5 dollars and will tell you what the guy did. He has done his job as it was written.

He created me 10 PR7 high rank pages. But where he did this. My niche was about making money, he just went to some shopping site for clothes or different (actually they've PR7 the homepage of the website but other pages not) and inserted my backlink there, which would have nothing to do with that. Where I did not even get even 1 visitor from this and also did not help me for SEO.

You maybe have heard of some site Tagzania, he has placed there my address, phone number, email and my website and have added my site description. This was what he had done. I was very unsatisfied.

Actually the main problem is that, they say they will give backlinks from PR7 sites. They insert your link in a PR7 site but at a page of the website where it is even not PR0 (it's unranked).

And this gig was top sold at fiverr and had very good reviews and so on. Suggested Gig.

Be aware. This is my suggestion. It's up to you the rest. Don't think 5$ is little nothing will be lost. You lose big amounts from small spendings that do not have value and return you anything.
