    • Great post. Thanks!

In this economy, I would guess there are plenty of college students looking for jobs that are often nonexistent. So your ad is a welcomed unexpeceted opportunity.

Typically, how much time do you spend on training? I'm sure it differs for each person... but on average.

      Thanks for sharing your approach.

    • So glad it can help!!
The key is creating a system that you can duplicate to
      make things easier for you!!
  • In terms of focus, I'm building a sales force that will sell my workshops first - (MarketingRats.com). From there...(after I've made them money) I will roll out selling my marketing services.

    Sincerely,

    • I agree this is really nice information thanks for sharing. When you iron it all out this would make a super offline WSO :-)

Hey everyone, I have recently expanded my offline sales force and went from 1 to 5 in a short period of time. Even though I am dedicating loads of time to training them and making them feel comfortable and confident to speak to business owners I know I am building a foundation of something great! I wanted to share some of the ads I have been using. I change them up and post every week on a few websites like craigslist and kijiji and research other free job posting sites in the city I want to hire in.
