Who do you guys use for one click upsells?

Hey everyone,

So as some of you may know I have a few products on ClickBank (not in the IM niche).

I've always used ClickBank (since 2009), and I've always stood by them through thick and thin.

However, I think the time has come for me to explore some new options.

Basically there are a few things that I would like to do which ClickBank won't let me.

For example:

I want to send out a free DVD and have the customer only pay for shipping. (They won't let me that)

I want to have a one click upsell for $297. (They won't let me do that, they say the max for a one click upsell is only $150.

I want to offer a free trial to a membership site. (They won't let me do that, the best they can offer is a $1.00 trial)

So my question is to any product vendors/owners out there...

What alternatives to ClickBank are you using that would let me do all of the things I have mentioned above?

Thanks guys,

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Simon.

I use JVZoo and I absolutely love their service. As for Clickbank, I've never used them to sell so I'm not qualified to comment on the differences between the two, but from my perspective most of the big launches seem to be done on JVZoo now and not Clickbank. There are great products to promote (and buy), and they have some awesome options for sellers as far as setting up upsells, downsells, pre-launch status, autoresponder integration, webinar integration, external program integration, etc.

I also think that Warrior Plus is a great system. I sell products from JVZoo and I have only used Warrior Plus as an affiliate, but I was looking over their vendor options the other day and they look quite similar to JVZoo actually.

As far as recruiting affiliates, I think JVZoo and Warrior Plus have most of the big players now as far as affiliates go. Also I have seen upsells for more than $150 so I do not believe there are limits for that on either platform. Also, I know that JVZoo does not charge an initial fee to list products and I think Clickbank charges $50. I cannot speak for Warrior Plus as I have not listed products on there to sell yet.

I used to promote Clickbank all the time and I have had much greater success promoting WSO's and JVZoo products and I'm pretty sure that many other affiliates have experienced the same.

Also, the instant commission option is something that has become very popular with affiliate marketers and Clickbank does not offer that. I think they if they wish to stay competetive they will need to offer that in the very near future.

As for shipping physical products, I see no reason why JVZoo would not allow you to do that. When you set up your product you are only asked for a download page URL so if you wanted to put an option for your buyers to get your physical CD on your download page then I don't think you'd have any problem there.

What's the checkout process like for JVZoo? Can you remove all of their branding?

JVZoo is an awesome platform for sure! But I don't think they have 1-click upsells because you can't do 1-click functionality with PayPal.

So if that's an important component for you I would recommend something like MemberMouse or Digital Access Pass. We've been extremely happy with both and they'll let you do all of the above.

    Cheers,

    Kim

Nanacast does the 1-click upsells with Authorize.net and many other payment processors. They have linear or tree-based upsells that are very easy to setup. They also integrate out of the box with Vervante, Kunaki and Disk.com to ship out CDs, DVDs, Binders, Books...anything that those companies can print. It also handles your other requirements. It's an incredible system that I've used for many years along with some high level clients.

      Thanks Jesus,

I'll be looking into that, sounds good, especially since I plan on using kunaki.

      Great stuff so far guys.

Anyone else with any other suggestions?

Another vote for JVZoo as an affiliate network of choice. Although I don't think you can have one click upsells because JVZoo uses Paypal.

          Thanks 4dayweekend for your vote.

But if they don't do the one click upsells then I guess JvZoo is out because that is one of the main things I'm looking for.

          Anyone else?

No problem, while we're at it, I'll throw in the other platforms that handle 1-click upsells that I'm aware of (there may be others). Not all of these do Kunaki and physical, though. But this is pretty much everything out there I believe...
        • InfusionSoft (requires 3rd party software and gets very pricey)
        • 1ShoppingCart (last I heard, 1-click upsells were tricky to setup and an additional cost. lots of users swear by it, though)
        • FusionHQ (tried it too long ago to really comment on it)
        • Digital Access Pass (self-hosted, WordPress-based, I've read support is crazy good)
        • Login Frequency Marketing (self-hosted, php based, lots of addons, very proprietary)
        • Cydec (never used it so no comments...but looks interesting)
        • Zaxaa (new, cheap, no Kunaki or physical integration.)
        • Butterfly Marketing Script (last I heard it was open source, can't find a direct link any more. owned by Mike Filsaime.)
I didn't mention before, I've been an active affiliate for Nanacast for many years so I'm extremely biased (if you can't tell from my sig).

I genuinely wish you good luck on your search. I remember the frustration looking for just the right solution for my business.

I'm assuming the trial memberships your selling will be rebilled after a certain amount of time.

Selling trial offers is a lot harder than direct sales, it's also more strict, with more regulations, and much harder to find mids to process the rebills.

    Thanks again Jesus,

Yeah a few that you have just mentioned were also ones that I was considering.

For example, Infusionsoft is obviously used by all the big dogs (Kern, Deiss, etc) and there is probably a reason for that... e.g. it's the best.

But as you say it does get expensive.

One Shopping Cart was also one which I have been reading up on.

So many options, so hard to choose!!

That's why I've just stuck with ClickBank for so many years.

    Thanks again.

Hi - I've been a DAP user for a number of years and the membership script is pretty good (dripped content etc) and allows for trial offers etc. You can use it on both WP and non-WP sites too.

They have now just added a new shopping cart with 1-click upsells for both credit card (Stripe) and PayPal Pro and if you buy their PayPal Upsell Tree, you can even do 1-click upsells with standard PayPal.

Yes, support is excellent and it's a one-time price.

If you want something a bit more heavy duty that's not Infusionsoft or Ontraport (OfficeAutoPilot), then Premium Web Cart looks good and is cheaper that the other 2.

I didn't realize DAP did all that. I may have look into that. I tried Shopping Cart Software by UltraCart - E-Commerce Solutions years ago specifically for the one click upsell option and it was pretty good way back then.

They were also equipped for physical product sales so (assuming they haven't drastically changed their offerings) you can check them out. Pricing starts at $50 a month.

        Good luck

Other good alternatives to Click Bank are Commission Junction and Share A Sale.

Although I haven't used both CJ and SAS, they are the best options to switch other than CB.
