Hi, I am new to internet marketing and have been trying hard to get into it. I have tried freelancing and stuff that is rubbish, i haven't been able to make even $100 a month. I have potential Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, C++, Html, about to complete my j-query and java scripts lessons. But the thing is all this knowledge and i can't even make money online.

Can anyone guide me how to make money online. I am hard working person and I love to learn. The thing is i don't know where to start. Anyone one who can help me get started, I shall be great full.

Is there a way I can find a company to work for that pays well enough or any company at all to work for? I am very knowledgeable plus I am MBA Graduate. But because of the economic conditions of my country its really hard to find a good job in my country. I am sitting on my PC all day long so online time is not a problem.

Anyone that helps I will be grateful.
Regards

With the skills you have, why not start by selling a service?

Illustration is a good one, maybe people like to purchase illustrations of themselves or mascots for their business. If you offered a service to create them, you'd definitely get orders.

Alternatively you could create video tutorials teaching people photoshop / illustrator and the like and build your list.

Just a couple of ideas with you knowledge.

    Best of luck,

    Nick

Your skills are not enough if you want to make money online in Internet Marketing niche. You must have "techniques" to survive in IM.

I've found that people who succeed in IM usually follow a pretty step-by-step blueprint. Let me break it down for you.

    1. Find a good forum where people are talking about internet marketing and some seem to know what they're talking about
    2. Don't read ANY of it at all
    3. Make an account, and have your first question be something really vague about how to make money on the internet
    4. ???
    5. Profit!!!

    Good luck!

I know that's a joke, but there's actually a lot of truth to it. Here is the missing #4:

      4. Write a course (.pdf file with huge font) about how to make money online even though you have no idea how to make money online.

You forgot about #6. Laughing and trolling about it...Oh the misery...

Maybe you need to understand first which niche you want to focus on?

Do you have a platform to showcase your talent? Maybe you create a blog and show your products or your skills.

Are you thinking of providing services or do you want to earn passive income selling products related to your niche?

But most important is, you have build your credibility and provide value to your target audience or customers.

You may want to check my bootcamp training to help you get started.

    Good luck!

You seem to have alot of talent in various areas of design. Perhaps you could set up an website that could have free tutorials on how to edit images in photoshop, and how to use illustrator and all that stuff. Then create information products on advanced versions on things you could teach ... like "how to make any photo look Hollywood professionally in photoshop" or something. And sell those Information products by going where people that are interested in that topic, reside.

Or offer it up to affiliates to sell for you on commission.

You said you tried freelancing work before but it didn't work out? Were you building a portfolio of clients that you worked with so you could leverage that to target bigger clients so you could charge more?

How were you marketing your freelance services?

With the skills and knowledge which you listed, you should go to Fiverr dot com and create some gigs there to either offer services to webmasters or offer lessons to people who want to learn those skills.

Also, create a blog and post original articles on it at least 3 to 4 times a week, then after a month, monetize your blog with related Clickbank or Amazon affiliate offers.

Identify some keywords that are related to the skills you have. Now create a Google alert for all the keywords that you have identified. Whenever there's a discussion on any of the keywords, you'll get an alert. Visit the sites mentioned in the alert and see if you can contribute by providing your services. After about 10 days you will see a pattern in the Google alerts and soon you'll be able to identify 3-4 sites where you can contribute and also offer your paid services.

The idea here is to go to the websites where people are looking for your services.

Many, many posts here are answering your questions. Just think about it what you can offer to other people, your qualities, skills, etc... create a website or better a blog than make an offer.

You'll find lots of good help on how to build a blog here, then just start! It won't be perfect from the very beginning - but you need to start!

        Hello Newbie ,
It is strange that you know a lot of things but never earned any money online.

I have tried freelancing and stuff that is rubbish, i haven’t been able to make even $100 a month.

Did you tried it honestly ,make people aware what you can do for them .Just posting your certificates and degrees will never help you .

        So here is my suggestion

        Define a plan

        Act on it

        And you will succeed

Alone Warrior Forum can give you a lot of work if you use it properly

You have some IT skills, but to make money on the internet you also need marketing skills. Stuff like: copy writing, squeeze pages, email marketing. These can be learned from this forum.

Anyways, the blueprint to making money online is:

    1. Find/think about a good product or service that you can sell.
    2. Create a website/autoresponder follow-up in which you sell it.
    3. Drive traffic to it.
    4. Test and tweak your funnel to increase the conversion rate of your visitors into buyers.

You have lots of skills. People love graphics and illustrations and are always on the look for new ones. Perhaps you could provide a service to kindle book writers to design their covers?
You could create a graphics package and sell it on here as a WSO.
To make more money than you are doing at the moment you should use your skills to create products and a service.
Step by step videos on using photoshop, videos on using html.
What do you enjoy doing the most?

    Hye,

I better suggest you simply create account at you tube start your own online teaching channel. Or you can sell your courses on udemy as well. better focus more on SEO techniques and other options available as IM is essential for exposure.

At least you made money, so you're on the right track. Maybe you just need to find out how to multiply your results, ie., if you can make $100, find ways to make $1,000.

And if you're in a country whose currency is weaker than the US$, then you have an advantage of offering your high quality services at a competitive rate.

    Hi,
I run a B2B business and have been doing e-mail marketing for it, but most of my mails end up going to spam or have very low open rate, can anyone suggest what should I do?

First thing i would do is try to make money with that MBA. You might have to get up out that country. I would download a few free ebooks to get a basic... "general" idea of what to do, how to get started, tools you need, web hosting providers, product development and ideas, and etc. And learn as much as you can about traffic generation too. I would start with paid advertising first, and learn how to generate leads.

I suggest you to make a blog and start getting traffic on it. After sometime(say 6 or 8 month), when your blog having some good targeted traffic, then you can monetizing your blog by various advertisement company like Google Adsense, Buysells, affiliate marketing and many more. But, the only disadvantage of that is you have to wait for the 6 -8 months for making money. Only after 6-8 months, you will be able to earn money from this methods. If you have further any queries, you can contact with me on my website, http://eakala.com/

What is potential knowledge? You either know something or don't, but in reality, knowledge of Photoshop is not very useful if you don't have a portfolio of what you've actually done with it. You need practical skills that are marketable to other people or you need to create your own product to sell.

I recommend this thread for ideas

I hear your pain im3lite because I've been in the exact same position as you myself and it's very frustrating.

I agree with 4DayWeekend on this one. The fastest way to earn money online is to sell your service, but like you've already said freelancing doesn't pay very well.

Ideally you need to grow and audience in a niche you're familiar with and add value to their lives by sharing your knowledge. Knowledge others are actively looking for.

To do this I'd suggest starting a blog using WordPress to build an audience but don't expect overnight success, it doesn't exist!

Making money online is a process and you need to learn that process alongside all the skills needed to implement it.

And if you focus on adding value instead of just making a quick buck you'll have much more success online.
