I have a question regrarding panda updates ! please help

Hello this is my second post here, its really nice to find such friends like you. I have a weight loss blog. I am struggling to get targeted traffic, Its really high competition niche. Now I want to make post targeting some long tail low competition keyword. My question is If i target few keywords about a same topic will it effect on seo (panda update) for example If I write few post about :
best weight loss tips for women fast and easy weight loss tips for women
best weight loss diet for women
best weight loss plan for women

all the keywords are almost same topic, If I publish a unique content for each post, will it be punished by panda ?

my second question. if your answer is yes, I cant make more post in a same topic. then If I target few keywords in a same post. will it be all right ? for example I write a long post targeting all these keywords and I separated each keywords for a particular page, and that means four page for four targeted keyword in a one particular post. (my tricks is I targeted all the keywords in a one post)

can I do this ?

please suggest me which method is good for me to start ?
