Anybody Facing Problem on Twitter Following People???

Are you guys facing any problem on twitter for past 48 hours..
If I follow people only 3 people, twitter is giving warning message and showing this link all the time..

Anyway I am not misusing their limit, and their limit is saying that you should not have more following then followers :confused: but I have 4k following and around 17K followers don't why the twitter is giving problem, may be they are working on API's...
Does anybody knows any update..will be much appreciable if you share the information.
