I need some help

I am living in Ecuador and a couple of days ago my internet crashed. My problem is that it took with it all of the programs that I had bought through JVZoo. I cannot find out how to contact JVZoo and I am hoping that someone cab help me with a phone number or a good email...please! Thanks!:confused:

    go to jvzoo and click the "Support" tab

    I do not understand how losing internet would cause you to lose your files????

    I don't think that they have a working phone number where you can contact them. You can only email them.

    You have 3 options to choose from.

    Did you purchase a product?
    Are you Vendor?
    Are you a Affiliate? (promoting products on JVZoo.com)?

    If you purchased a product then you would go with the first option of course.
