As others said above, you just need to signup for US payment service in Payoneer. It works very well. There is only one issue i'm aware of, which may or may not apply to you. Payoneer gives you "US bank account", which you then add to your PayPal account for withdrawals, but in some countries PayPal just doesn't allow US bank accounts and asks for local bank account. Depends on where you live.

In addition to the above comments, the common problem is the frequent error on paypal when adding a US bank account.

As some commenters stated correctly - you can apply for Payoneer's US Payment Service, receive US bank details and then add those to PayPal in order to withdraw your funds.

I have a Payoneer card and have successfully verified the US Payment Service. The procedure for withdrawing funds from PayPal is quite straightforward. However, there are a couple of issues on which I would like clarification. I receive payments via PayPal from a non-US business. Currently, I don't use PayPal to receive money from any other source but that will likely change in the not too distant future. So, here are my concerns:

    1. As previously stated, the business which pays me via PayPal isn't a US one. Yet, my US Payment Service application has been accepted. I'm hoping this doesn't cause any problems down the road. (Earlier today I was reading a thread on Payoneer's forum and from what I could tell, all of the companies mentioned in the comments from users of the US Payment Service [via PayPal] were US ones.)

    2. The form I submitted to apply for the US Payment Service asked for a detailed explanation of the source of income and/or business type and as such, I entered information about the aforementioned business. So, what happens when I start receiving income via PayPal from other entities which operate various types of business? What I mean is, the PayPal balance would be an aggregate total of income received from all of the sources, not just the original one. (Remember, I only mentioned one company in the application.)

As far as i understand, when you transfer from PayPal to Payoneer, Payoneer doesn't know how the money got into your PayPal account and it doesn't care. It's considered PayPal's responsibility to clear them. So if you got US Payment account approved, and added Payoneer's US bank account number to your PayPal account, you have nothing else to worry about from Payoneer's side.

All i know is that you can transfer money from payoneer to payoneer debit card.
and you can make transfer money from payoneer card to your paypal by email, it is automatically safe
I think payoneer is for affiliates and can work well when you get money online from companies.
payoneed created to withdraw money from ATM too while it is connected with paypal

Hello, im from an unlisted country of paypal. But payoneer is accepted in our country. Hence if i verify paypal through a fake account (ie; fake account regenerator) from US and input my genuine payoneer's US Bank information. Will it be risky to jeopardise both account or at least paypal's?

Or should i go for a middle party like etrader.com, verified & receiving from paypal (again fake account info) and transferring to my payoneer account.

It may sound complicated but paypal doesn't accept my country & payoneer only provides US Bank address (as Us Payment system).

Please suggest me what should i do.

      Thanks

If PayPal does not support your country, you will be unable to use Payoneer to get around that.

You can use our US and EUR Payment Service to receive payments directly from companies to your Payoneer account. If you need merchant processing solutions, you can also look into some of our partners, all of which pay with Payoneer, such as: 2Checkout, Bluesnap, ZooZ, and DigitalRiver.

You have to register for US Payment Service. This service allows you to receive payments as if you have a US bank account. And the best part is that when transferring money from paypal to a US bank account, you don't get any charges (if you transfer $1 you get $1 sent to your account with no charges).

The US Payment Service is optional for payoneer users but if you choose to use it then they'll take 1% for each transaction you make. Signup for the service within your payoneer dashboard it's free and easy then you'll be able to transfer money from paypal to payoneer.

If You have a verified PayPal & Payoneer US account then you can easily transfer & send money to your Payoneer account from your PayPal account using Global Payment Service.

All you need to do is link your Payoneer account with your PayPal account. You can read more about it here.

    Follow the below steps.
    1. Log into your PayPal Account.
    2. Click on " Transfer to your bank ".
    3. Choose Amount To Transfer.
    4. You will receive Payment within 1 to 2 Business working days.

You can now easily transfer your funds to your Payoneer account which takes no more than 2 days.

    I hope this helps.
