Newbie - how to set up an affiliate marketing website

I'm very new to making money online although I've been a blogger for about 18 months both on my own blog and someone else's (a leading journalist in her field).
I would like to set up an affiliate marketing website and I've bought the domain, paid for hosting, joined Clickbank and even gone onto fivesquids to get someone to design a header.
But I've absolutely no idea how to put it all together. I'm just completely stuck. I don't want to spend £100s although I'm perfectly prepared to pay something to get going. I do also have a marketing budget but would rather use it for marketing obviously.
I live in London and have searched for a course to get myself going but have found nothing. If anyone knows of anything please let me know.
