How Do I Indicate Segment Buyers on My list?

I heard that you can segment your list so that you can separate the buyers from the rest, but I don't know how to do this. I'm using GetResponse, any ideas? Is it a linking thing? Because it seems almost impossible to track who buys what, especially with Clickbank....

    There is an option in every email service to segment list via forms.
    So in this case differentiate the form from which you are selling and make a separate list for that.
    You'll get a segmented list.
