What should I expect from a good JV broker?

Would a good JV broker only get affiliates, or can they also work directly with me up front to help set up the sales funnel for best conversions?

    There are many people out there who claim to be JV brokers and some who really do a good job.

    Your best bet is to contact people who did very successful launches
    and ask them who helped with their launch.

    Listening to the sales talk of some so called JV brokers might cost you a lot of money and after all is said and done you have nothing to show for.

    A JV brokers job is to help you get affiliates.

    Setting up your sales funnels or tweaking your sales letter are completely different things.

    You might get some tips from somebody that is experienced but
    for the most part a JV broker will have no real clue about sales letters and stuff. That is not his or her business.

    Your best bet is to use a JV broker for what they do best, getting you affiliates to make sales - and nothing else.

    However, with that said, you should first get someone who knows traffic and conversions to help you set up your sales funnel.

    Then once that is set up, go run traffic to your own product to get metrics your JV Broker can use to attract affiliates.

    Unless you're willing to spend top dollar to have access to someone skilled in both is few and far between and it will cost you a premium. But they are out there.

    And all of this is being said assuming your product is any good and provides value to the market you wish to serve.
