Need some advice on ways to find fitness products prior to launch?

What are you launching?

Do you want to promote fitness products as an affiliate or sell on-site physical products?

Have you chosen your fitness sub-niche yet (cycling, for instance) or do you plan on launching a super fitness site that covers everything?

Sorry about all the questions for your question but we need something to work with.

One of my Amazon Affiliate sites is in a fitness sub-niche so I might be able to point you in the right direction.

  I would focus on learning how to market first before you realize what niche you want to be in. I am a network marketer and a personal trainer. I started my fitness site first but of course without the marketing knowledge I was stuck with my fitness site.
  
  Then I came across the network marketing industry and became a sponge! Learned the proper way to market my business online and at the same time I coach my students and leads how to do the same.
  
  Now my fitness site seems like childs play to me!
  
  So accidentally I make money with my network marketing business because of the residual and monthly income it generates for me with little effort.(lots of effort to get started though!)
  
  Now my fitness online site I can focus on as well with the knowledge I had previously learned from network marketing.
  
  In summary, if you know how to market online and learn how to scale your business you make any online business you are passionate about.
  
  Sky is the limit! And while you are building your niche business you are also growing your leads from your network marketing by teaching other how to do the same.

There's no shortage of products available, it's a massive and evergreen niche. So you need to drill down a bit and decide what sub-niche and sorts of products you want to promote. Do you want to market e-products, or physical goods for which you can be an affiliate? Only once you establish a bit of direction will this part of the exercise become relevant.

Since you're looking for fitness products PRIOR to launch, I suggest going on CBengine. On there you can search for new products in any niche you're looking for that's going to be launched on Clickbank. If you decide to promote any IM related product, the best place I know of is JVNotify.

If you are launching your website or your new opt in newsletter, first make sure that you find the right programs before you promote anything.

Peerfly has a few, and CJ too. Takes a couple of days to get approved (obviously) but i'm going to give some of their new products a try soon.

Thank you all for the great replies.
As you guys can probably tell I am new to this whole thing. The question was in reference to products which are presell or prior to the initial launch such as a jvnotifypro. That site does not seem to concentrate or include many launches for the fitness industry.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated guys.

I guess the plan I was given was to use a launch leverage formula. Try and get on as many JV lists as possible and try and find these products before they launch so i can generate sites prior to the launch and cash in on the launch.
