Using same Clickbank account for both Vendor and Affiliate

INTERNET MARKETING

I see a Clickbank Client Survey after I signed up recently, and it asks how I am planning to use this specific account. You can choose among: Affiliate account, Vendor account, Both Vendor and Affiliate, Other (JV etc.).

Shouldn't be a problem choosing 'Both as Vendor and Affiliate', since I plan to promote my products as well as others'?

Or is it a good practice to have one account as a Vendor and another as an Affiliate?

I use my account as both a vendor and an affiliate with no problems.

Sure. Use the same account for both purposes. If you are creating your OWN Clickbank products, then you'll want to have a separate ID for each product, so that each of them can have its own listing in the Clickbank marketplace (where it will be seen by potential affiliates.)

I am signed up with a few programs as an affiliate with Clickbank and have made a good amount of money. I also sell products, but since I was a vendor, I decided to use a DIY affiliate software and I choose OSI Affiliate Software. I like there product because it was easy to setup and I do not pay a fee per transaction like I do with Clickbank.
