Newbie-Have 2 sites ideas which one first

Hi All,
Long time follower but first post. I am currently laid off but looking. Thing is I really want to get into a website build for either a passive or full time income. I know it will take time and even though I have done a ton of research have more to do. I can design a basic site as I do so for a friend's construction company on godaddy. I have two major ideas for sites. A make money online site which I have made small amounts in the past well a few hundred through surveys and such but have more knowledge now. The other is a he repair DIY sis as this is something I know a ton about and actually do personally from floors, to remodeling my kitchen to painting as I worked in that industry for years for a major manufacturer. I could also go with a strictly coatings website as I know a lot about all the different paints, specialty products, epoxies and best tools both hand and driven ones. Asking for advice to see which on you all think I should start with? Eventually I would like to make all 3 but know the most important thing is to concentrate on one first and go from there. I also know a lot about physical fitness as I ran a major chain for 5 years and workout regularly. What do you guys think? Please any advice would be greatly appreciated. Looking to see which would monetize fastest.
Money online site-would use lots of affiliate links
DIY- would focus on selling the products needed for the job
Painting and coating- also focus on products
Fitness-not sure yet probably products, affiliates, and click through ads

    Let me congratulate you first on taking the opportunity with your current crisis. I know its hard to stay positive when all hell is breaking loose.

    I started the same way with lots of struggle and I always thought that the internet is the best way in starting any entrepreneurship period.

    I am also a personal trainer and fitness is my passion. Ive had my fitness site for about 4 years now and last year was the year it took off. And this it will even be bigger.

    I har wasted the first three years of my fitness site because I didnt know how to market anything online. I just thought you make it and they will come.

    It's far from true. So I researched and stumbled on another industry called network marketing. I had learned so much as I followed my coach back then on how he made a very good passive income while operating a fitness site and a marketing company/web developing business.

    He told me to start learning network marketing and master it so much so that it will be a skill you can use to develop an online business with whatever niche you are passionate about.

    Trust me after putting in the hardwork and making a ver descent income "accidentally" with my affiliate network marketing business, my fitness site marketing is like child's play

    Im moving on to other niches as well and will employ other talents to work under me for other passion niches i have in mind.

    I highly recommend not to to get overwhelmed with ideas and focus on one that develops your skill set so doors will open for you.

    If you learn how to network market online you can network market anything!
    At the same time people will pay you with your knowledge about network marketing because you now know how to email market, video market, SEO, social syndciation etc.

    In my experience and what I've seen from successful entrepreneurs online who makes 1k to 100000k a month is that they branch out after mastering affiliate marketing.

    They never put all their eggs in one basket!
