Are there any trend reports available anywhere....
or any study done by an reputed firm/consultancy or whatever on eCommerce transactions. Trends which highlight overall consumer behaviour, peaks, habits etc while shopping online. Clearly such data should be available at back-end of e-commerce companies, but nothing in public domain in general.
