Suggestion: start by searching in this forum using the search term 'start' and then read through all the threads and posts that already exist on this very subject. I'm sure this will provide all the answers you need. Researching is a key skill that you will need and right here is as good a place as any to learn and practice that.

Wow that's a lot of questions! First of all decide what for you in the game what is your reason to do internet marketing because if you don't have a "why" then you'll get problems to stick with it.

What are you good in? What are your passions. Define what you can do and what skills you already have with which you can make money!

You are not to young to be an internet marketer and you don't need thousands of dollars to start this business. What you will need is money for hosting and an autoresponder service because that should be one of the first things to have. Buy your own name domain that you can brand yourself if you want to later.

And I can give you one advice: educate yourself! Have a lot in the forum and read about topics you are interested in. Don't make the mistake to buy every course under the sun. Choose something you can or you wanna learn and stick to it every day until you made it!

There are an absolute ton of options which is great but it's also the problem. I would suggest you spend some time to get idea of what the options are. For many you will see the common thread of building a list of subscribers and monetizing by promoting useful, relevant products via email.

In order to build a list you'll need a way to drive consistent flows of leads to your lead capture page (this is just a webpage with a form asking for an email address in exchange for some sort of free gift)

You can get pulled in all kinds of directions when it comes to getting traffic to these site so my suggestion is that you pick a strategy and just stick with it. Here are a few examples to look into:

YouTube marketing
Solo ads
SEO (Search engine optimization)
Pay Per Click (Google Adwords, Facebook Ads)
Banner Ads
Article marketing
Forum posting
Guest posting (on other people's blogs)
Press releases
Curation

It's easy to get overwhelmed so when you're ready look into finding a mentor to help guide you through the particular strategy you want to learn more about.

I've been doing this since 1996 and here's a little advise, and an answer or two to your questions.

No you are not too young.

I started in 1996 with $25 and that was to pay down on a computer from a furniture rental store. I hadn't even seen a computer until then, much less use one.

NEVER, EVER, EVER believe anything that anybody tells you, even me. ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS listen to what they say, then do your own investigation to see if they're lying or not, and even if they're not lying, by the time you finish your investigation, you'll probably find a better way than what they told you anyway. YOU are the best person to learn Internet Marketing from. YOU have a PC, therefore you have EVERYTHING you need.

Once you figure out what you want to do, get your own domain and hosting. Free websites will only end up costing you more money in lost profits in the long run.

Make sure you're legal. That depends on where you live and the laws there.

This is very important... stop looking for shortcuts or the easy way out. There are no such things. Between right now, and having your own Internet Marketing business, is going to seem like a million years. If you need money to pay bills by next month, you'd better go find a job. Watch out for anybody that tells you any different.

You are 100% right, this business is absolutely saturated beyond belief with scammers! The minute you forget that, is the minute you lose what little money you do have!

The same rules apply here as in real life... if someone offered to give you tonight's winning lottery numbers for $7 would you buy them? If someone offered to sell you their secrets for making $98,436.17 last month for only $67, would you trust them? If you're smart, you'll assume they made whatever they did really make last month, from selling their secrets for $67.

I think what you need to ask yourself first is WHY you are want to become an internet marketer. If you main purpose is just to make money then it won't hold you or keep you motivated enough to go through the steps to success. When frustrations and sleepless nights, no leads, no traffic, no sales and your bills keep piling up, you will end up quitting like before.

If you want to succeed as badly as you want to breathe then you are ready.

I suggest following a coach who has been successful and follow their footsteps.
Second give it all you got for the next 3 month and cut off every vice that hinders you from your work/career.
Study one step at a time how to network market. This is a great skill to acquire that you can use for any projects or niches you are passionate about. Doors will open to you if you follow these steps.

Ah, I remember when I was in your shoes, except I began at the ripe age of 13. It's a stage that everyone goes through regardless if your'e 20, 30, 40, or 50. Age is irrelevant. Put in effort and you'll make your way to the top.

The easiest way to start is to become an affiliate. That means promoting someone else's product and getting commission. Check out Clickbank marketplace and find something you're interested in to promote.

I can see many of 14 years old start online business with a great success

I got started by selling ebooks on Ebay back in 2005. People are still doing it, but you're supposed to burn the ebooks on a CD. Otherwise Ebay will take down your listings for violating their TOS.

To be honest if your asking those types of questions then maybe internet marketing isn't for you. You need to invest in yourself to start up a business online... It takes work and money to achieve your goals. Don't believe anybody else that tells you other whys...?

I would start with either freelancing or blogging, maybe both. Freelancing has a fairly short learning curve, but no long-term income. Still, it's an excellent place to start. Blogging is the opposite, no short-term income, but good long-term prospects. I talk about both quite a bit in my newsletter.

then get focused,
Learn and learn more,
Find something which you think will work for you,
Take massive action,
Don't lose patience as it is always hard to get results in the beginning,

Some suggested starting here. I do NOT recommend that. The reason there are far too many people here who only want misguide people because of their vested interests.

Also, there is information overload for a new IMer here. Again I have seen so many people doing to many things in short span of time and not making a cent.

So, start by picking ONE thing you seem to be interested in. E.g. Writing, Email MArketing, Affilaite MArketing etc.

Then search for a professional in that field. Many professionals teach on their blogs or have courses. When you do one the courses then STICK with what the course wants you to do for good period of time. Do NOT do many things and fail in all of them .

Do ONE thing great and make money.

Do NOT listen to people who try to sell you a NEW thing day after day.

21 is not young for making money. Just start, stick to a plan, do not buy or invest time in multiple things
