Question About Awebers Autoresponder Series.

I have a question related to the automated emails that you can create using aweber.

I just started building my list a few days ago. My question is,
If I had someone sign up to my email list on Monday and I wanted them to receive another email 7 days after they signed up then would it still work if they're already on the list?

For example if I added an auto responder to send out 7 days after they subscribe to the list. Will it only get sent to the new subscribers 7 days after sign up or would it also get sent to those who are already on my list?

Help is greatly appreciated.

You can set that email up to go out to people right away.

Broadcast it to the people already on the list. Then add it to your series for new subscribers.

Apparently not. I've also had the embarrassment of inserting a new message into the middle of a follow up sequence, and then have the entire order shift so that people who are already opted-in get a duplicate mailing of their last message. AFAIK, the script reads the message #, and sends out the next in the order. When I inserted a new one in the middle (say at #2), it turns what used to be message #4 into message #5 - and so the subscriber who just got #4 will have it repeated... as #5 !!!

If you're adding it to the END of a current sequence, this isn't a problem.

    All success
