Choosing affiliates for my product at JVZoo

I've created a product and that will be available in marketplace of JVZoo tonight. Already some affiliates send me request to promote my product. I'm pretty new to creating product and for that I can't understand, how they find my product, as this will be available tonight?
My another question is, some of the affiliates have 6000+ sales and some have 50+ sales. Now I want to know, what types of commission system I should use for them? I mean, there have 3 types: All, Instant and Delayed.
Advance thanks for your comments

First off, they can find out about upcoming product launches with Muncheye. It details all upcoming launches and shows how to contact the vendor. That will be the reason you will be getting contacted.

As for commisions, this is totally up to you.
Whenever I want to sell JVZoo products, the vendors usually look here to see if I'm known, and also at my previous sales to see whether I have a track record.
As things have improved and I have a higher sales count, I have started qualifying for instant commissions.
The criteria I used to see the most was -
    less than 25 sales; delayed
    more than 25; instant

The higher an affiliates sales, the more you know they can bring clicks to your product.
You don't want to go p***ing them off by making them wait for commissions, as they probably won't want to know you next time you bring a product to market.

I would approve them all, the more the merrier! But yeah, definitely start the ones off that are not well known on delayed commissions. After they make a sell or 2 you can always bump them up to instant. It's always to protect yourself #1.

Please do not approve them all nor put it on auto approval. Let me tell you why.

I did that many years ago, the first time someone came in with bought traffic from a traffic site and ruint my epc.

The second time was a scammer and I had a 50 percent refund rate and had ran the launch before with a 2.5 percent refund rate.

Most of the time, if the person who's requesting to be an affiliate is an active Internet marketer, he/she would have a Warrior Forum profile. You could search his/her name + Warrior Forum on Google and see his/her post count, infractions etc.. I'm not at all implying that all quality Internet marketers would have a WF account, but it's worth a shot.
    Good luck!
