Filtering new signups via Mailchimp. Worth it or not?

Out of our new signups when we send a newsletter, about 20-30 end up bouncing (.05% of total sends with the entire list, not just new signups), and generally we get a few more spam complaints as well.

My idea is to send to these new signups via mailchimp to sort out some of the spam complaints and bounces from our normal method of mail sending.

However, all of the links would be the same within the newsletter. Thus if the mail services had any intelligence, it seems they'd put 2+2 together and lump the ratings of the two different methods together. Perhaps it would even turn out worse because the new signups wouldn't be included in already tried and true emails.

Or perhaps mail services would grade it as a totally different set because it's coming from a different server.

Opinions on this? Would I just be wasting my time by trying to filter out bounces and complaints through mailchimp?

Thanks for opinions on this.

I haven't done that. Did you ask this to Mail Chimp?

I wouldn't ask Mailchimp. These are legitimate signups, it's just that out of 1000, we have about 20 hard bounces and 6-10 spam, so we'd like to keep that out of our standard newsletter mailing, so we can keep our decent rating with the mail services.

My question is will the mail services put 2+2 together and combine the ratings for our domain because all links within the newsletter are to the same domain. It seems spam logic raters would be intelligent enough to do that.

I don't know whether it's worth our time to send two seperate mailings every time. One for our standard full set of receivers with our standard mail server, and one for the new signups with mailchimp to 'weed' out the hard bounces etc...
