Need payment service to Bangladesh

Hi everyone, my first post here.

I wasn't quite sure where to post this. In building my online business I've hired full-time help from Bangladesh. I'm in the U.S. I need a service to transfer funds twice a month to my employee that won't cost him any fees to receive it. PayPal and Xoom do not send money to Bangladesh. I could hire him through Odesk, but Odesk requires him to pay $5 just to receive the funds, charges me about 11% to pay him, and makes him wait about 10 days to receive them.

Can you suggest a better service?

Thanks,
Brian Cummings

Exactly, you are right. I worked on Odesk.com & I am from Bangladesh. The Odesk charge is 10% on the total amount. on the flip side when your worker will withdraw this money $4.99 will be charged on his account as a trasnfer charge. In this case you can use the https://www.skrill.com/en/ it is the most popular in Bangladesh. The Skrill fund transfer charge is only 1% of the total amount. Even I exchange SKRILL Doller by BANGLADESHI MONEY/ TAKA/ BDT. In this case your worker will be more benefited than past.

I personally suggest you to go through sites like odesk or elance (i know there are some fees ) but the security they provide is quite good.Your freelancer will not get money until he has provided you promised work .That way you can rest assure your money is going right way and you can find more competent freelancers there .

I think sending money through paypal or xoom or moneypolo works just fine.

You can go with Payza. Payza is quite popular in Bangladesh and offer local payment options.

Paypal is not available in Bangladesh and Pakistan yet. There has been discsussion about that for years. Paypal keeps promising to allow accounts in these countries, but still nothing.

Skrill and Payza might work. Moneypolo - I am not quite sure.

Odesk is a good way, but expensive for both sides.
