Advice Please - Would You Pay $1 For A Proven Site That Makes Money ?

I was trying to think up a win win situation to help newcomers online to own a site that has traffic and income already, while also making it worth my while to do the leg work. I was playing with the idea for a WSO, but I'd love some input if you would pay a buck a day for the following:

1. A PR established site that was already bringing in traffic and some nominal income (nothing major - some Adsense clicks and CPA). Traffic would of course be trackable via Analytics. I have been a site developer for donkeys years and have developer licences for the best themes, plugins etc..

2. Guaranteed entry into an established CPA network allowing the site owner to switch on those $50+ cost per action programs etc.

3. Hosting plus access to quality video seminars on CPA income, affiliate marketing, traffic generation and so on.

4. Additional HQ content targeted to the specific niche site.

I already have tons of my own niche sites, and I was thinking I can certainly roll this out for a few other people. I'd like to know if this is something especially online newcomers would find of value, and also what else I could add. Is this worth while offering?

Thanks a lot for your advice, newbies especially.

For a $1.00? Yes people would probably buy it mainly newbies it would save them a lot of time.

Seems like a lot of value for a $1.00 you may want to get your customers in the door for this low price and then offer a membership site that expands on the training that you are offering.

Good points, thanks for the input. It's funny how my client list loves this idea but when I post it around forums for feedback there is a lot of cynicism which I kinda get.

No surprise that your list likes the idea, also no suprise that you get cynical responses too - people will wonder why you would sell something that cheap if it's making money, where's the profit in it for you? Or is it an entry inot a funnel with big ticket items waiting around the corner - that kind of thing!

      A few thoughts:

      1. Critics are everywhere. If you have a plan and know how to carry it out, and are secure in the value of your offer, don't pay them any attention.

      2. All of those ideas sounds incredibly valuable. What's the catch? (thats what most people will be thinking )

      3. You need to better clarify the $1 offer, and if it is daily/monthly recurring or just $1 one time payment...

      4. Mailing your list and asking them point blank 'what they want' might not be the best way to find out what they really want...

You say in your post would people pay a buck a day, but your title just asks would you pay $1 for a site that earns money. You need to clarify first that you are asking people to pay a buck A DAY for the site and secondly, what kind of income is it earning. Because if you want me to pay $1 per day for a website that is generating $1.28 per month in adsense and $2.25 per month in Amazon affiliate commissions, then NO! I don't want it.

      Couple thoughts.
If the site brings in more than a dollar per day then I why not just keep them for yourself. You will make $30 per month form a client but more if its bringing in more than a buck a day if you just keep it.

At the same time I understanding wanting to "help the noobie out". Maybe make then site and track what it makes per month. Then sell it for a little less per month than it is bringing in.

If it brings in $10 per month sell it for $8 per month. If it brings in $30 sell it for $20 per month. The only reason I could see doing this though is in an attempt to gain life time followers as you "help out the noobies."

If you helped 100 noob's become profitable instantly you may have 100 people who will buy every WSO you ever put on the table.

      OR

I could see charging $30/month even if the site isn't bringing in that much IF you also include really good training that helps them take what you have started for the and expand it for them selves.

No, personally, I wouldn't pay a buck a day for a minimally earning site. Where's the payoff? I would build it myself and save myself that monthly fee so more of the income is profit.

Many people don't have an Adsense account for unexplained reasons and they cannot have it again, or they don't like the idea of depending on this income.

Many other people don't like CPA offers because most of them work only for the American audience.
